Thank you for choosing Empowered Ink for your transformative services. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, kindly review our scheduling policies:
NEW APPOINTMENTS
- A non-refundable $150 deposit is required to secure any appointment.
- The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment, due on the day of your appointment.
- We accept payments in cash, debit, or credit.
ARRIVAL TIME & LATE ARRIVALS
- Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a timely start.
- If you're more than 20 minutes late, Empowered Ink reserves the right to cancel your appointment, and the deposit will not be refunded.
- For complimentary appointments, being more than 20 minutes late will result in a forfeiture of the complimentary nature of the session.
CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT
- Appointments within the next 24 hours may not be rescheduled.
- If you or someone in your household has an infectious illness, kindly contact us promptly to reschedule without penalty.
- Your safety and the well-being of other clients are our priorities.
