Booking Your Appointment
To reserve dedicated treatment time, a $150 booking deposit is required for all new permanent makeup and paramedical tattoo appointments.
Your booking deposit is applied toward the total cost of your procedure and is not an additional fee. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. We gladly accept cash, debit cards, and major credit cards.
Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, allowing ample time for consultation, treatment, and individualized care.
Arriving for Your Appointment
Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time for any remaining paperwork and helps ensure your treatment begins on schedule.
Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may need to have their appointment rescheduled, as arriving late can impact appointments scheduled after yours.
For complimentary appointments, arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in forfeiture of the complimentary session.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that unexpected situations can arise.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible. Appointments scheduled within 24 hours cannot be rescheduled.
If you or anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms of an infectious illness, please contact us as soon as possible. Your health, along with the health of other clients, remains a priority. We will gladly work with you to reschedule your appointment without penalty in these circumstances.

Every appointment at Empowered Ink is reserved specifically for one client. Unlike a walk-in service, treatment times are carefully scheduled to allow for consultation, treatment planning, and individualized care.
Your booking deposit helps reserve that dedicated time and is applied toward your treatment should you move forward with your appointment.
