Appointment & Booking Policies
Thank you for choosing Empowered Ink. We are honored to be part of your permanent makeup or paramedical tattoo journey. The following policies help us provide each client with the dedicated time, attention, and care they deserve while ensuring a smooth scheduling experience for everyone.
New Appointments
To reserve dedicated time for your treatment, a $150 booking deposit is required for all new tattoo and permanent makeup appointments. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your procedure and secures your appointment time on our schedule. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. We accept cash, debit, and credit card payments.
Arrival Time & Late Arrivals
Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time for any necessary paperwork and helps ensure your appointment begins on time.
Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may need to have their appointment rescheduled, and the booking deposit may be forfeited. For complimentary appointments, arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in forfeiture of the complimentary session.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Appointments scheduled within the next 24 hours cannot be rescheduled.
If you or a member of your household is experiencing symptoms of an infectious illness, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly work with you to reschedule your appointment without penalty, as the health and safety of our clients remains a top priority.
